Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 3, 2026Welcome to Autocatch.mx. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Autocatch Co. (“Autocatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our service, you’re agreeing to these terms. Because this is a developer-focused tool, we’ve tried to keep this as straightforward as possible, but there are some legal bits we need to cover to protect the service.

1. The Service

Autocatch provides email catch-all services, including alias discovery, forwarding, multi-forwarding, and webhook delivery.* Free Tier: Includes 7-day email retention.

  • Pro Tier: Includes attachment handling, premium forwarding, and storage up to 15GB with unlimited retention (subject to the storage cap).

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your domain and account.

3. Acceptable Use (The “Don’t Be a Jerk” Policy)

We want you to use Autocatch for anything you want—build, test, and scale freely. However, we have a hard line on illegal activity and infrastructure abuse. You agree not to use Autocatch for:* Illegal Acts: Anything that violates local, state, or international law.

  • Spam & Abuse: Using our service to facilitate bulk unsolicited emailing or to bypass rate limits of other services.

  • System Interference: Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Autocatch infrastructure.

  • Harmful Content: Processing emails that contain malware, viruses, or illegal material.We reserve the right to terminate any account or block any domain that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these laws or abusing the service infrastructure.

4. Retention and Data

  • Storage Limits: On the Pro plan, retention is “unlimited” in time but capped at 15GB total storage. Once you hit 15GB, you must delete old data to receive new messages, or we may automatically prune the oldest messages to make room.

  • Free Tier Purge: We automatically delete all email content after 7 days on the Free Tier. We are not responsible for data loss once this window expires.

5. Payments and Refunds (Pro Plan)

Pro features are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused accounts. You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Disclaimers (The “As-Is” Clause)

Autocatch is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee that:* The service will be 100% bug-free or uninterrupted.

  • Every single email will be caught or delivered (email is a complex protocol, and external filters happen).

  • Your data will be stored forever without any technical failures.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autocatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, US. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we’ll notify you via the email dashboard or the site. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.Questions? Reach out via questions@autocatch.mx.
