Because we are an email catch-all, we process the metadata and content of emails sent to your connected domains.* Recipient/Sender Info: Used for routing and filtering.

C. Technical Logs
Like any stack, we log standard technical data: IP addresses, browser types, and timestamped activity to help us debug and prevent abuse.

We believe in “Data Minimalism”:* Free Tier: All email content is purged from our systems after 7 days.

Pro Tier: Email content is retained until you delete it or until you hit your 15GB storage cap.

Logs: We typically cycle our technical logs every 30 days.
4. Security
We take security seriously. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. While no system is 100% impenetrable, we use industry-standard practices to protect your database entries and webhook configurations.
5. Third-Party Services
We don’t sell your data. We only share information with third parties when necessary to run the service (e.g., our cloud hosting providers or payment processors).
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
